Welcome to Axis Diagnostic ("we", "us", "our"). By accessing or using our website, products and related services (collectively, the "Service"), you ("you", "user") agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions ("Terms"). If you do not agree, please do not use the Service.
1. The Service
Axis Diagnostic is an AI-powered diagnostic tool that analyzes a public web page you submit and returns a conversion-diagnostic report containing observations, suggested improvements and developer-ready specifications.
1.1 Informational nature — no financial guarantees
All findings, recommendations, "projected lifts" and dev specs produced by the Service are generated by automated systems and AI models and are provided for informational and educational purposes only. They are not professional, legal or financial advice. Axis Diagnostic makes no warranty and no guarantee of any specific revenue, conversion, traffic or other business result. Any decision to implement a recommendation is made solely at your own risk.
2. Accounts
Some features require an account. You are responsible for keeping your credentials confidential and for all activity that occurs under your account. You must provide accurate information and notify us promptly of any unauthorized use.
3. Acceptable use
You agree to use the Service only for lawful purposes. In particular, you must not:
- Submit URLs you do not have a legitimate right to analyze;
- Submit URLs that resolve to private, internal or non-public systems;
- Use the Service to violate any law, third-party right, or another platform's terms;
- Upload malware, attempt to compromise the Service, or interfere with other users.
3.1 Prohibited use — no scraping or reverse engineering
You may not, and may not permit any third party to:
- Scrape, crawl, mirror or otherwise extract data from the Service through automated means;
- Reverse engineer, decompile or disassemble any part of the Service or its underlying models;
- Attempt to extract, copy or reconstruct our prompts, system messages, scoring rubric or evaluation framework;
- Use the Service to train or fine-tune any competing AI model;
- Resell, sublicense or otherwise commercially redistribute diagnostic outputs as your own product.
4. Intellectual property
4.1 Your content and your reports
You retain all rights to the URLs and content you submit and to the diagnostic reports generated for your account. You may use, share and reference your reports for your own internal and commercial purposes.
4.2 Our diagnostic engine
Axis Diagnostic and its licensors retain all rights, title and interest in the Service itself, including the website, the user interface, the brand, the underlying diagnostic engine, the system prompts, the scoring methodology, the heuristics, the evaluation framework, and all software and documentation. No license to these materials is granted to you except the limited, revocable right to use the Service as described in these Terms.
5. Payments and refunds
Paid tiers (e.g. the Standard Report and the Full Implementation Pack) are billed as one-time digital purchases through our payment processor. Prices are shown at checkout in your local currency where supported.
5.1 Refund policy
Because diagnostics are digital goods that are delivered immediately, all sales are final and refunds are not available once a diagnostic has been generated and unlocked. The single exception is a technical generation failure: if our system charges you but is unable to produce a diagnostic for the URL you purchased, contact support@axisdiagnostic.com within 14 days and we will issue a full refund to the original payment method.
6. Third-party services
The Service relies on third parties — including a payment processor (Stripe), a backend platform (Supabase / Lovable Cloud), and a web-crawling provider (Firecrawl) — to operate. Your use of the Service is also subject to their terms.
7. Disclaimer of warranties
The Service is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, accuracy or non-infringement. We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free or that any specific content will be available at any given time.
8. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Axis Diagnostic shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, special or punitive damages, or for any loss of revenue, profits, data or goodwill, arising out of or in connection with the Service. Our aggregate liability for any claim relating to the Service shall not exceed the greater of (a) the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim, or (b) USD 50.
9. Termination
We may suspend or terminate your access to the Service at any time if you breach these Terms or use the Service in a way that risks harm to us or other users.
10. Changes to these Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be communicated by updating the "Last updated" date above and, where appropriate, by notice in the product. Continued use of the Service after such changes constitutes acceptance.
