1. All sales are final
Because diagnostic reports are generated and unlocked instantly, we are unable to offer refunds once a report has been successfully generated and accessed.
2. Exception — technical failure
If you were charged but our system failed to generate a diagnostic report for your URL, you are entitled to a full refund. To request one:
- Email support@axisdiagnostic.com within 14 days of purchase;
- Include your order ID and the URL you submitted;
- We will verify the failure and issue a full refund to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.
3. What is not covered
- Dissatisfaction with findings or recommendations;
- Change of mind after the report is generated;
- Reports for URLs that block automated scanning;
- Partial refunds for unused features.
